Use of Space Registration

Hale'iwa Store Lots is a resource for the community. It is available for groups, organizations and kama‘aina to use for events and gatherings.

Fill-out the event request form to the right if you are interested in holding an event or gathering at Hale'iwa Store Lots. (Note: every field must be filled out and the "expected number of attendees" field only takes a single numeric value.)

Our site coordinator or a staff member will respond to your request within 2 business days.

About booking an event at Hale'iwa Store Lots:

Space is available on a first come, first served basis.
Capacity for events is up to 500 persons.
Gatherings of 10 persons or more that take place during the Hale'iwa Store Lots' normal public hours (10 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily) must be registered in advance. If these events are free and open to the public, then use of the space is generally available free of charge.
Gatherings of any size that take place outside of the Hale'iwa Store Lots' normal public hours MUST be registered from this form with the appropriate amount of advanced notice (see table below). Events must be approved by the Hale'iwa Store Lots management team.

Registering your event will allow us to notify you of any potential conflicts, request special accommodations, and most importantly, allow others to find out about your event via our calendar. Events that are registered will be added to the calendar, however, if, after review, we determine that the event is not appropriate for the Store Lots, we reserve the right to remove it.

A usage fee is assessed to help cover the basic costs of operating the Store Lots, equipment and administration.
